Looking at watch’s that can detect a seizure
My Wednesday morning began at 3:15 a.m. by putting on my splint. I then fell back to sleep until 5:00. Once I was awake, I had taken off my splint before starting in with my back stretch’s. As I stretched, I had drank my hot cocoa. Once I had finished my stroke stretch’s, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then returned to my bedroom so as to shave and take a shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. I then went back into the kitchen so as to have a bowl of cereal with a half of a bagel toasted. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then read while waiting for United Wheelchair. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had met with Nancy. Today we talked about the pros and cons of living independently. Having another seizure was my biggest concern. Then we went online to look up this device, “Sezure watch” and how it detects you having a seizure and sends out a text or phone call to an emergency contact. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Mchelle, We looked at seizure watch’s. We then saved it to my desktop. At 11:00 during Brain Injury Education Group, Mechelle had us finalizing a presentation at Mountian Valley Middle School. We then e-mailed the scrub club. At 11:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:25 before waking. I then put clean laundry away before making my way into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom so as to type in today’s blog entry.
