My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I first did my stretching to help with stroke recovery. I then at 5:35 did my back stretching. Once I was loose, I then preceded to do my weight exercises. At 6:05 I then shaved before taking a shower At 6:30 I then ate my breakfast At 6:45 I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops I then took in some air. I had left the house at 7:30. Upon my arrival to WestSide at 9:00, I had sat in the lobby for Nancey. We then went to the conference room for visually impaired group. Today we had talked about safety in the community. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Michelle we continued to work on my project from yesterday’s expressive arts group. I had finally finished it and took it home. At 11:00 Michelle and I then went into the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we had prepared for a presentation Mountain Valley Middle School. We then prepared packets of handouts on brain injury to give out. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had brought me home. Upon my arrivel, I had put on some comfortable clothing before eating my lunch. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:45-4:45 before waking. I then had eaten my dinner before returning to my bedroom so as to type in today’s blog entry.
