My six month check up for my asthma at the doctors
My Friday morning morning began at 7:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal with banana with a toasted bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then had picked up the kitchen before returning to my bedroom. Once my bed was made, I then brushed my teeth and shaved before sitting down to fill my empty pill containers. At 8:45 I then began my workout. I first did my stroke recovery stretching. At 9:00 I then preceded to work my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 9:10 I then did my back stretch’s. Once I had completed my workout, I then did some cycling for twenty minutes. At 9:50 I was then back in my bedroom shaving. I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 11:15 United Wheelchair had arrived, so as to bring me to the doctors and P.T. Which are both in the same complex as the hospital. I had arrived at the Doctors at 11:30. Once I had let someone know that I was there, the nurse took me into a room so as to check my weight and to take my blood pressure. I then met with Dr. Seally for my six month checkup for my asthma. At 12:30 I then sat in the lobby of the hospital. At 1:00 Roger a friend who works in the hospital drover me over to my P.T. Appointment for 2:00. Today John first had me cycling for ten minutes. He then had me stretching while laying on the Matt. We then worked on my balance. I had gone into the parallel bars so as to stand on an Erix mat. Feet close together. John had suggested that he and I worked on that instead of something were I would need more vision. At 3:00 Dan from United Wheelchair had taken me home. I had arrived home at 3:30. I had eaten as soon as I stepped foot into the kitchen. I was famished. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
