Riding with Ride Sourse?
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by gettting out of bed so as to do my back stretch’s. At 5:55 I then preceded with my stretching that I have been doing since my last stroke. Once I had worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises, I had then shaved and took my shower at 6:18. Once I was ready, I then had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 6:50 I then had a bowl of cereal with a half bagel toasted. At 7:05 I then had brushed my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then listen to my talking book. At 8:00 I then had called Legistacare about my ride. They had told me that they had no record of me going into WestSide today. At 8:30 I then had left the house with my parents who happened to be going to Lewiston today. They had dropped me off at WestSide fourty-five minutes late, but better late then never. At 10:00 I had arrived and met with Tobie for Recreational Therapy. I had first showed her my book. She was amazed at how much progress that I had made since I had last showed her. She then had me paint the box again that I will plainting some seeds in. I then glued the poles to the corners of the box. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for Expresive Arts. Today Michelle had us Finishing our wreath project we had made. I then had to sit and wait while Pat and Steven tried to get a ride home for me. A company called Ride Source took me home. Once I arrived home I quckly changed into my shorts and t-shirt so that United could take me to P.T. I had eaten my lunch on my way there. Upon my arrival to P.T. I had gone into to see. John. Today he first had me cycling. He then had me stepping. He then had me in the parallel bars with ankle weights doing leg raises to the side. At 3:30 April then took me home. I had arrived home at 3:50. Once inside I then put my laundry away before taking a shower. At 5:00 I then the my dinner. I then talked to my parents before pulling up my blog.
