Looks like I could be using my white Cain again in the near future that was used to let others know that I am visually impaired. The Cain that you sweep back and forth as you walk.
My Friday morning began at 7:45 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At8:10 I then had a bowl of cereal to go with 1/2 English muffin. Once I had finished eating. I then picked up the kitchen. At 8:25 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 8:34 I then shaved before making my bed. At 8:47 I then began to do my back stretch’s. At 9:10 I then continued with my stretch’s that I have been doing since my stroke. At 9:20 I then starting with my weight exercises. At 9:35 I did some cycling for ten minutes. At 9:45 I then returned to my bedroom so as to put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in some air I had called to set up my transportation for two more P.T. Appointments for May 15 and 18. At 10:10 I then took some pictures with my tablet so as to put in my book. At 10:53 I then called my grandmother At 10:57 I had gone through some folders that I had in my knapsack, sorting out handouts and information. I then put then in new folders. At 1:50 I then took a shower thus getting ready to go to P.T. At 1:55 Florian from United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to p.t. I had arrrived at p.t. At 2:10. Once inside, John first had me cycling for ten minutes. He then had me laying on a mat. He then worked on my ankle. Stretching and rubbing some type of cream on it. John then put three pound ankle weights on my ankle. I then went into the parallel bars to do leg extensions. John and I then had a conversation on my progress. It looks promising that I will be able to use my white sweeping Cain once again. At 3:10 Florian then too me home. Upon my arrival home at 3:30, I had a snack before taking a shower. At 5:00 I then ate my dinner before returning to my bedroom so as to type in today’s blog entry.
