My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I had finished with my back and stroke stretch’s, I then shaved. At 6:15 I then continued to get ready. After taking my shower, I then preceded to go into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my cocoa. I then had a dropped egg on a piece of toast before returning to my bedroom. At 6:40 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. I then took in some air. At 6:50 I then put some clean laundry away before sitting down to read chapter five in the book I am reading by Peter Kreeft. At 8:00 I then left for WestSide. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes before meeting with Clark. I began our counseling session talking about the book, “Making Sence Out of Suffering.” I then spoke about frustrations that I had over the week, while living with this brain injury on top of Brain injury that I have had. It will make a great book someday. At 10:00 during my recreational therapy time with Tobie, I had painted a box that I will be putting plants in. She than spoke to me about making things to sell at the annual craft fair, WestSide have every year. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had working on our wreath. At 12:00 Calvin from Unite Wheelchair took me home. I had arrived home at 1:45. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:15-4:10. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my dinner. At 5:07 I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog.
