My Wednesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first focused on my stroke recovery stretch’s. At 5:45 I then preceded to do my back stretching. At 5:50 then worked my upper body by doing my weight exercises. At 6:10 I had then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so, I then had gone into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before havin a toasted bagel with strwoberry cream cheese. At 6:50 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I did some reading while waiting for United Wheelchair. I had left the house at 7:30. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:45. Upon doing so, I had sat in the lobby while waiting to go to visually impaired group for 9:00. Once in the conference room Nancy had told us about a special event coming up. A speaker will be talking about a new program like Maine Addaptive. We then spoke about transportation. At 10:00 I then worked on my book with with Brenda. She had helped with copping and paste in’s photo’s. At 11:00 I then had gone into a mindfulness and meditation group. Today they focused on breathing. Then Dr. Miller led us in a guided meditation. At 12:00 I then had my case management session with Steven. We had chatted for fifteen minutes before I met my United Driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once. Had eaten my lunch, I had gone into my bedroom at 1:45 so as to brush my teeth and wash my face before sitting down to read. Ihad left the house with my mother at 2:35. She had brought me to the chiropractor for a 3:00 p.m. appointment. Once I was signed in on the computer, Iwas taken in. Once I had my back adjusted, I then left for home. Upon my arrival home, I had called lagistacare to schedule transportation to Dr. Roberts next appointment. At 4:30 I then had a bowl of pea soup before pulling up my blog.
