Making Tremedous progress

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30  a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first started with my stroke stretches. I then continued by doing my back stretches. At 6:00 I then worked my upper body with my weights. At 6:15 I had shaved before taking a shower. I then went into the kitchen at 6:36 so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had half an omelet with some homefries along with a half of a bagel. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I had taken in some air. United Wheelchair had arrived at my doorstep at 7:30. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:50. I had gone into Clark’s office at 9:15 to chat. I had showed home the progress I have made on my book since we last met a couple of weeks ago. At 10:00 during my recreational therapy session with Tobie,  had planted my garden into the box I had put together and painted. We first put the soil in. I then planted a row of cherry tomatoes, peas, and zucchini. At 11:00 I had gone to the Arts and Crafts room for Expressive Arts. Today Nancy had us making butter flys. At 12:00 United Wheelchair had brought me home. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I had eaten a salad, I then returned to my bedroom at 1:40 so as to brush my teeth and get ready to go to physical therapy. Once I had my P.T. Clothing on, I then put some clean laundry away. At 2:00 United Wheelchair had arrived to bring me to Phisically Therapy. I had arrived at 2:30. Upon my arrival, John had asked me if it would be o.k. If a student watch. I said o.k. John then had me cycling for ten minutes. I then scored  11 on the square test. I passed by one point. This is where I had to step in a square four times being timed. I then stepped up and down on a box. John had mentioned that I have made tremendous progress. He was then letting me know that I have only two more sessions before I am discharged. At 3:45 United Wheelchair had brought me home. Upon my arrival home at 4:05, I thanked April before going inside. Once in my bedroom, I had taken a shower before eating dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to type of my day.
