Looking up plant care during rec therapy
My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then preceded to stretch. I had first worked on my stroke revoery stretch’s. I then preceded to stretch my back with my back exercises. At 6:03 I then worked my upper body with my weight exercises. After doing so, I had gone into the kitchen so as to have fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. I had had piece of toast with my bowl of hot cereal. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then sat down to wait for my Ride. As I was doing so, I listened to a talking book. My ride soon arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 I had sat down to wait for my first appointment. Once I was in Clarks office I shared what was on my mind before he had given me an assignment. At 11:00 I then met with Tobie in a treatment room for recreational therapy. Today we had looked up on line on plant care. Thus finding ways to transplant my plants into individual pots. At 11:00 I then went to the arts and crafts room for Expressive Arts. Today Jamie had us making butterfly’s. At 12:00 I then met April in the lobby so that she could bring me home. It is nice now that United Wheelchair had three drivers from the area that bring me to WestSide and to local donors appointments. I had arrived home at 1:10. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:35-4:20. I had gone into the kitchen so as to eat before taking my shower. I then pulled up my blog so as to type of my day.
