Walking in the neighborhood
My Saturday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by taking my siezure medication. After doing so, I then put on my splint before going back into my bed. I lay there for thirty minutes reading before falling back to sleep at 7:00. I had slept until 8:15 before waking. I had then taken the sheets off of my bed, I then put clean sheets on, thus making it. At 8:40 Ihad put some clean laundry away. I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. While drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:08 Ithen had a scarambled egg with toast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. At 9:30 I had focused on doing my stroke stretch’s. At 9:50 I then did my back stretch’s. I then went for a walk at 10:20. Upon my arrival home, At 11:10, I had made my move in words with friends. At 11:22 I then worked my upper body with my weights. Once my weight routine was finished, I had shaved. At 11:45 I then went into the kitchen so as to have a salad for lunch. At 12:05 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 12:15 I then layed down to rest. I had slept until 3:15 before waking. I then spoke to a friend who had called. At 4:00 I had gone back into the kitchen for a bowl of home made pea soup, yummie!!! Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom so as to take a shower before pulling up my blog at 5:00 so as to type of my day.
