Working on balance during P.T.

My Tuesday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to stretch. Once I had finished my back stretching, I then preceded with my stroke stretches. At 6:15 I had shave  before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:40 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a bagel with cream cheese. At 7:00 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then layed out my clothing for p.t. On my bed. I then sat to wait for my ride. My driver did not arrive until 9:30 this morning. My first appointment at WestSide was for 9:15. The drive to get there is an hour. You do the math. It just does not add up. I was late. Oh well. I had arrived at WestSide at 10:40. I had a fifteen minute rec therapy session with Tobie. We had finished putting the plant box together. Next week I will be picking out come seeds so as to plant. At 11:00 Ithen went to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts. Mechelle had helped me glue my project together while others looked up project ideas. At 12:00 I then left to go home. I had arrived home at 1:20. Once I had eaten a sandwich, I had brushed my teeth before changing into my clothing more suitable for P.T. That I had layed out this morning. At 1:50 April had picked me up and brought me to P.T. I had arrived at P.t. At 2:15. Today John first had me cycling for ten minutes. John then had me in the parallel bars standing on a pillow so as to work on my balance. John then had me stepping onto a box and down as though taking steps. He then had me do starting by standing on a pillow. At 3:15 United Wheelchair had taken me home. Upon my arrival at 3:50 I had rested before eating dinner. I had taken a shower, before pulling up my blog at 5:00.
