Working on A breathing technique during mindfulness and meditation

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first did my stretches to help with stroke recovery. I then preceded with my back stretches. Once I was lossesend up, I then preceded with my weight workout. At 6:10 I then shaved before taking my shower, thus getting myslef ready for the day. At 6:30 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. Once I had eaten my bowl of cereal with a half of a toasted bagel, I had returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. I then waited for my United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. during visually impaired group, I was the only client to show up so I had worked with Nancy On scheduling transportation to go the gym on FridayJune 1st. At 10:00 I had met with Michelle for our weekly rehab session. Today we worked on my book. Organizing pictures to put in the chapters in my book on my recovery. At 11:00 I had gone to mindfulness and meditation group. Today Priyadarshi had us focusing on our breathing technique so as to help us relax. We had breathed in for three seconds and out for six. At 12:00 I then left to go home. Upon my arrival home at 1:09 I had eaten my lunch. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth. At 1:40 I then called Katly. The O&M instructor for the visually impaired. She said that she would leave me an email. I then layed down to rest at 1:45. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. Ihad gone into the kitchen to eat dinner before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and began to type.
