A visit with my sister

My Friday morning began at 7:30 a.m. by taking some dirty laundry to the laundry room so as to start  a load of laundry. At 7:45 I then went to the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit with fruit dip. At 8:10 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. At 8:15 I then shaved before taking the sheets off my bed. At 8:20 I then brought them to the laundry room. Once I had put a load into the dryer, I then started another load. At 8:30 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to make my bed with clean sheets. At 8:45 Ithen put my nose drops in before taking in some air. At 8:47 I then vacuumed my bedroom. At 9:00 I then hung another load of laundry to dry, before starting another load of laundry. At 9:20 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to start stretching. Once I had finished my stroke recovery stretches, I then did my weight exercises. At 9:55 Ithen retunred to the laundry room to put another load into the dryer. I then cycled for ten minutes After doing so I had then went back to my bedroom so as to do my back stretches. I then made my move in words with friends. At 10:20 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the day. At 10:50 I then returned to the laundry room so as to start a wash. Ithen put some laundry away. At 11:00 I then had lunch. At 11:115 I then brushed my teeth before taking a shower. At 12:00 My mother had arrived home. I had helped her with some groceries. Once they were put away, She then took me to the doctors for my three month asthma check. We had arrived at the doctors at 1:00. Once I had checked in, I the saw Dr. Seally. After my appointment we then went to the pharmacy so that I could pick up some medication and some other things. We then arrived home at 2:30. Once I was comfortable, I then fixed myself some ice weather before working on my book. At 3:45 my sister Barbara arrived. I then took two tylonol for a headache that I was having before eating dinner. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
