Organizing my apps on my i pad
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretching exercises that have helped during my stoke recovery. At 5:30 I then grabbed my weights and started in with my weight exercises. Once I had completed each repition, I then ended my workout with my back exercises, which also include some leg work. At 5:45 I then shaved before taking shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead while drinking my hot cocoa. I had finically made my way into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat my breakfast. At 6:30 I then made my way back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before using my inhaler. At 7:15 I had then grabbed my things and met United Wheelchair in my driveway. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:20. I was fifty-five minutes early, so I had gone to the client lounge so as to sit and wait. I like it in there, it is much quieter then the lobby, where other clients tend to sit. At 9:15 I then met with Priyadarshi for counseling. He let me know that I could use epsome salt for the swelling of my ankle. He was letting me know that it draws out the inflammation. During Recreational Theapy Tobie helped me organized my apps on my I pad. At 11:00, I had then gone to the arts and crafts room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us making winter crafts. I had made a melted snowman. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair Driver in the lobby. I had finally made it home at 1:37 after making a couple of stops along the way to pick up and drop off other clients. Once I had eaten lunch, I then put on something more comfortable before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00-4:47. I then took a shower before going into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. At 5:08 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog and type of the days events.
