Cleaning the attack

My Sunday morning began at 8:00 a.m. I had watched Sunday mass on line last night before going to bed, so I was able to get right to my day as soon as I made my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretches that have been helping in my stroke recovery. At 8:35 I then worked my uppper body by doing my weight exercises. At 8:40 I then turned my focus on my back stretches which also include a little leg work, using ankle weights. At 8:52 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 9:10 I then went to the laundry room so as to fold some laundry that was in the dryer. I then started a wash. At 9:25 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat my breakfast. With my mother and aunt who was visiting. At 9:55 Ithen retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. My mother then wrapped my ankle and foot for support. At 10:15 I then returned to the laundry room to put a load into the dryer. I then stood downstairs while my aunt and mother haded me things down from the attack. Time to weed things out. We did so until 11:30. We then got ready to out. At 11:54 we had left the house for the Dolloar Tree. We had arrived at 12:10. Once we had what we needed, we then left the store at 12:18 for home. We had arrived home at 12:32. At 12:45 I then laid down to rest. I had slept until 3:00 before waking. I then had popcorn and something to drink while icing my ankle. At 4:50 I then put some clean laundry away. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
