Using imagery during mindfulness and relaxation

My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. Once I had completed all the stretches that have helped me during my stroke recovery, I then grabbed my weights and went through the routine of exercises. At 5:35 I then ended my workout, with my back stretches. At 5:37 I then pout away some clean laundry before shaving and taking my shower. Once. Was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the kitchen at 6:00 a.m. so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. At 6:15, I then had a bowl of hot cereal with a taosted English muffin. At 6:30 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air before grabbing my knapsack. I had met the United Wheelchair driver outside in my driveway at 7:15. I had arrived at WestSide at 8:45. I had sat in the lobby while waiting to go to Nancy’s office Today during group we had discussed using strips maps while out in the community. At 10:00 I had met Tobie in the lobby, and she had let me know to write a letter to the pen pal I have a BaySide and leave it her mailbox tomorrow. I then went to an empty treatment room for my rehab session with Michelle. During this time, we had emailed Tim, my case manager from the devision of the blind, so as to check on My status. We then went on pintrist so as to look up things to make with popcycle sticks. At 11:00 during mindfulness and meditation, Priyadarshi had us using the image of a deep lake surrounded by mountains, so as to help us relax. At 12:00 I then went into the lobby so as to meet my driver who would be taking me home. I had sat there for thirty minutes, which gave me time to talk with a friend. My ride finally arrived at 12:30. I soon arrived home at 1:40; Once inside, I had eaten my lunch before going to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before waking. I had then taken a shower before eating dinner. At 5:35 I then pulled up my blog, and began to type of my day.
