Making crafts out of popcycle sticks
My Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to first do my stretches that have been helping med during my stroke recovery. At 5:15 I then preceded to do my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. At 5:20 I then ended my workout with my back stretches. Once I had completed my workout, I then had shaved before taking my shower. I then made my way into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had a banana sandwich with peanut butter. At 6:22 I then made my way back to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:15 United Wheelchair had arrived at my door step. I then grabbed my things and went outside to meet my ride. At 8:40 I had arrived at WestSide Neurorehab. I had gone strait to the client lounge to sit and wait for my first session. At 9:15 I then went to Priadaircis office to talk. After doing so, I then had recreational therapy with Tobie. I had showed her the box of craft sticks my sister had given me. We then went on pintrist to look up crafts to make with popcycle sticks. Next week we will be making coasters with some of them. We then spoke about an aura meditation app. I then downloaded it onto my I pad. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for Expressive Arts. Today Michelle had us making winter crafts. I then continued to work on my snowman I was making from felt and a stirophone ball. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver that would be taking me home. I had arrived home at 1:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I Then looked up some cookie recipies that I wanted to bake this Christmas season. At 1:40 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:45 before waking. I then went into the kitchen to eat a bowl of soup before taking a shower. I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
