Playing Cribbage with Ashly during a rehab session
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out so as to make my bed. After doing so, I then focused my time on my stroke recovery stretches. At 5:20 I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. I then ended my workout with my back exercises which include a little legwork with ankle weights. At 5:40 I then shaved before taking my shower. Once I was ready for my day, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit before having and egg with a bagel. At 6:10 I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in some eye and nose drops before taking in some air. At 7:00 Dan from United Wheelchair had arrived in my driveway. I was then on my way. Upon my arrival to WestSide, I had gone to the conference room for Newsletter group. My next two assignments for the next addition of the news letter are writing articles on Election Day and Thanksgiving Day. At 10:00 During a rehab session with Ashly we had stapled together the copies so as to make up the newsletter. We then played three games of cribbage. At 11:00 during Bullet Journal Group, Jes had me writing my favorite foods and what I want to learn At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair Driver in the lobby. Upon my arrival home at 1:00, I had eaten my lunch. At 1:30 I then brushed my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:40-5:30 before waking. I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the night, I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day before eating dinner.
