Playing Yahtzee during a cognitive skills group
My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then began to do my stretching that has helped during my stroke recovery. Once I was loosened up, I then grabbed my weights and began to do my weight exercises. At 5:25 I then preceded to do my my back stretches before shaving and taking my shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I then went into the kitchen at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had a bowl of cereal with a piece of toast. At 6:30 I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had put in my eye and nose drops, I had then used my inhaler so as to take in some air. At 7:40 I had met United Wheelchair in my driveway. Ihad arrived at WestSide Neurorehab at 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for newsletter group. Our monthly newsletter was complete, so Ashly had us watching Pearl Harbor on net Flix. At 10:00 during my rehab session with Ashly, I continued to watch the movie. At 11:00 during Bullet Journal Group, Jessica had to cover for cognitive skills group, so she and I played a game of Yahtzee with the clients from the cog skills group. At 12:00 I had met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:15. I had gone strait to my bedroom to put something more comfortable on before eating lunch. After doing so, I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then layed down to rest at 1:50 and slept until 4:15. I then made a phone call so as to get my address changed back to my home address and not camp so that I can legally be picked up at home once again. The person then in turn gave me an email address to request a change of address which would speed up the process. I then sent out the email before eating dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
