Making a magnet during expressive arts
My Tuesday morning began at 8:45 a.m. by doing stretching that has been helping during my stroke recovery. At 5:20 I then grabbed my weights and did my weight exercises. After doing so, I then began to do my back stretches, which also include some leg exercises using ankle weights. At 5:40 Ithen shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:00 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had eaten my breakfast. At 6:20 I had retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air before meeting my United Wheelchair driver outside in my driveway at 7:15. I had arrived at WestSide Neuro Rehab at 8:45. I had gone into the client lounge to wait for thirty minutes before meeting with Priyadarshi for counseling. Once we had finished talking, I then met with Tobie for recreational therapy at 10:00. During our time, I had first showed her the pillow I had made on my own over the past week. She let me know that she would like me to make another pillow over the week. We then went on line and looked at a website mitsykit.com. Tobie was letting me know that she will not be in next week. At 11:00 I then went into the craft room. During expressive arts today I had first cut out the background to the magnet project I was making. Michelle then helped me put the saying on the magnet, “Don’t Count The Days, Make The Days Count.” At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair Driver in the lobby. I had arrived home at 1:28. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 5:00 before waking. Ihad taken a shower before going out into the kitchen at 5:20 so as to eat dinner. After doing so, I then retunred to my bedroom and brought up my blog and began to type of my day.
