Thinking of my dream vacation
My Moday morning began at 5:15 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to do my stretches that I had learned to help with my stroke recovery. After doing so, I then grabbed y weights and began to work my upper body. At 5:43 I then began to do my back stretches. Once Ihad completed my morning routine, I then shaved before I had taken my shower, thus getting ready for the day. At 6:15 I then went into the kitchen so as to eat some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. I then had an egg sandwic. Once I had finished eating, I then retunred to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth. I then put in my eyes drop and simply saline so as to keep my right ear unplug. It amazing how that was all damaged from my last stroke. I then grabbed my things and out the door I went thus meeting the United Driver in my driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide Neurorehabilitation, I had gone to the conference room. During newsletter group, Ashly had me research and write an article on Election Day to add to the news letter. At 10:00 during a rehab session with Ashly we had played three games of cribbage. At 11:00 during Bullet Journel Group, I first drew a Halloween page before using another page on coming up with a bucket list of my dream vacation of places I’d like to go. I then met Tobie as I was going to the lobby to meet my ride. She had let me know that I be meeting with Sally for recreational therapy in her place. She then let me know to bring the letter in that I wrote for the penpal that I have from BaySide and to put in her mail box. I then sat in the lobby for thirty minutes before leaving at 12:30. I finally arrived home at 1:42. Once I was comfortable, I had eaten my lunch. I then returned to my bedroom so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:15-4:45 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then went into the kitchen so as to eat dinner. Once I had done so, I had retunred to my bedroom so as to pull up my blog.
